


Graphics level being used: OpenGL 4.6 (primary GPU’s maximum) Redraw scene when viewports are exposed: On Windows Main Display attached to adapter port # 0 > Accelerated graphics device with 4 adapter port(s) Primary display and OpenGL: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 (NVidia) Memory: 24GB, Driver date: 6-8-2021 (M-D-Y). Windows 2 SR0.0 or greater (Physical RAM: 1.3e+02Gb) It does not occur in other apps, 3D shaded rotations in Blender record accurately.

Have tried both Arctic and Shaded modes, same result. Using Nvidia Shadowplay on GeForce to record the screen to a video, during the recording all is normal, on playback of the recording, once 3D motion begins, the recorded videos start to strobe with false colors on gradients.
